Certificates of Compliance - Santa Barbara County
In Case Number 1265213 (Plaintiff- Kevin Frost v. Defendant- County of Santa Barbara), Judge James W. Brown entered a ruling in favor of the plaintiff on the matter of Certificates of Compliance.
